SEO Empower Careers and Work Experience Programme provides exclusive work experience opportunities and career insight events with major city employers. It provides students with industry exposure and experience in sectors such as Banking and Finance, Consulting, Corporate Law, Insurance and Technology whilst also providing support through University and cross-industry insight sessions, mentoring and employability training.
SEO Empower is a programme that is aimed at supporting students undertaking further education to receive educational support and industry insights over the course of two years. It starts in January of Year 12 and finishes in the summer of Year 13.

Over the past 20 years, SEO London have been working alongside firms from an array of corporate industries to provide young and talented students from low socio-economic backgrounds support throughout their education career and onwards into competitive corporate industries.
SEO London accept students with the following criteria:
Attending a state school or college, and on college bursary
Other criteria we consider:
6 or above in Maths & English Language GCSE
Refugee or Asylum Seeker
Experience of Care/Looked after child
Eligible for FSM (free school meals) in the past 6 years
Lived in social housing and parents did not attend university
